If you have knee problems, or you just want to run better watch this video. I thought it was really cool and helpful so I thought I would share it with everyone else.
There are a number of people who can not do aerobics simply for reasons like runners knee. It therefore makes sense that there would be someone out there who would figure out a way to run that will not hurt the knees as badly and will use the right muscles to propel forward. The real question is if we can find a way to apply this to other forms of aerobics. If you have any suggestions you should add them in the comments.
